Should I save up for a Nintendo 3DS or should I just get a PS3 or 360 now? Best answer 10 points!?

After the E3 conference, the new Nintendo 3DS seemed very impressive. Rumors are the average price would be between 200-300 dollars. With that amount of money I could get a gaming console. I only use a gaming pc atm so I’m pretty content right now. So the question is, should I save money this summer for the 3DS or get a gaming console? Or neither? Best answer for 10 points!

Wait for the 3ds!! Its even better that the psp as in graphics and stuff and a lot of cool game are going to come out for it, aaaannnddd, you can play your old gamecube games in it

I think you should save for the 3DS because it looks awesome, but then again, I am a DS dude soooo…… I did watch the E3 presentation though. Pretty darn sweet. But I would want the 3DS more than a 360 or a PSP just ’cause all that I ever see is shooting games for the X box and the Playstation Portable. I like other types of games better. I think your best choice would be the DS.

Do you prefer playing alone, or with other people? What type of games are you into, 360 and PS3 are more war killing. Like it’s little brothers, 3DS can easily play RPGs, racing, action-adventure, and such. Though Nintendo may release a few more rated M shoot-em-up games for the 3DS. Hard to say, ask a few nerdy friends.

GO for the gaming consolee thesee dayys.
for example i had all 3 gaming consolees xbox360, wii, & ps3.
And the xbooooooooox is the best, i sold my ps3 and wii.
cuz they werent my type of console. i likeee gaming.
and i didnt need the ps3 to go on the internet when i have a computer, so it was pointless.
and also theres a new xboxxxxx eliteee, its so awsomee you shoulddd buy it, no doubt about it.
and xbox is also coming out with something called “kinect” this winter, it’s wear you can use you xbox to play some games with out controllers and you also can talk to it and tell it to play or pause or whatever u want it to do with out a HEADSET! it’s amazinng, i suggest you search up this new xbox, you will be amazed, go on xbox.com .. trust me ! you will want this sooo bad lmaooo.
Sooo yeahh get an xboxxx, a nintendo3ds is no where near as fun as a gaming system, like gaming systems are so fun, you get to do everything, and there so much more relieabllleee

That’s a very tough choice it all depends on what kind of games you like really. If you like shooter and “M” rated games don’t get the 3DS due to Nintendo being a more family friendly gaming company, get either a 360 or ps3. OR if you really enjoy family friendly games go with a Nintendo product but me personally I would either wait for the price on the 3DS to go down or get a 360 or a ps3 now what it comes down to on the 360 or ps3 debate is what exclusives do you like more god of war or gears of war, Halo or Resistance etc etc is basically what it boils down to hope i could help

It all depends on if you want to be able to take the console somewhere. if you are not planing on playing much outside of your home you should get a PS3 or 360. But if you want to be able to take it anywhere then go with the Nintendo 3DS.

It seems to me that it depends more on what gameplay you prefer… If it’s mostly hardcore shooter games, 360 or PS3 is probably for you, because they seem to narrow the focus in on that (although they’ve got a few other good ones, like Final Fantasies with AMAZING graphics.) I myself love the DS Because of its wide range of games that appeal to most anyone… and most Nintendo consoles usually do. If you are patient enough, I would wait for the 3DS (If you’re gonna buy it, I believe its coming in March 2011) to come down in price before purchasing it… New consoles always have to jack up the price in the beggining!
